About Shipping and delivery

Q: How long does it take to ship?
A: All orders are processed within 2~7 business days. Our courier partner deliver usually between 8~14 business days. In South Africa.
For international shipping the the time is around 14-21 business days.
The delivery time is depending on the supplier and your location.

Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays. While we will do all, we can to ensure your order is delivered on time,  TrendvibeSA cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. If you have ordered more than one item, it is very likely that you’re going receive them separately. Each item has its own tracking code.

Q: Why do I have to pay for shipping?
A: To be honest, FREE SHIPPING is a lie. Most companies will hide the cost of shipping in the product price and the customer will end up paying more if they buy more.
But we like our customers and we value them, that is why we are transparent with you. 

Q: Can I make changes to my shipping address after I place my order?
A: Changes can only be made before the processing starts, after your order has been processed, we are unfortunately unable to make any changes.

Q: When will I receive tracking information?
A: Within a week of your order being fulfilled (shipped), you will receive a notification containing your tracking number. If you do not receive such an email within 7 business days, please contact us at trendvibesa@gmail.com
